§ 1 Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by NRW Limos – Limousinenservice. Deviating conditions are only valid if expressly agreed in writing.

§ 2 Booking & contract conclusion

A booking is binding upon written confirmation by us (email is sufficient). A non-refundable deposit may be required.

§ 3 Prices & payment

Prices are quoted including statutory VAT. Payment is due before the start of the ride unless otherwise agreed.

§ 4 Cancellation

Cancellations more than 30 days before the event: free of charge. 30–14 days: 25% of the price. 14–3 days: 50%. Less than 3 days: 100%.

§ 5 Conduct in the vehicle

Smoking, drug consumption and intentional damage are prohibited. Cleaning costs for excessive soiling will be invoiced separately.

§ 6 Liability

We are liable in accordance with statutory provisions. In case of force majeure (accident, breakdown, weather), an equivalent replacement vehicle may be provided.

§ 7 Final provisions

Place of jurisdiction is Aachen, where legally permissible. Should any provision be invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
